Hold the barcode steady inside the frame. Each scan adds 1 to the count. Same barcode within 1.5 seconds is ignored. If you scan something by mistake, tap Undo at the top.
Type a part number or descriptive keywords (e.g. "blower motor 1/3 hp") and tap Search. Pick a match from the list, or use Add as new entry if nothing fits.
Tap the quantity number to set an exact value. Use − and + to adjust by 1. × removes the item.
Defaults to your first scan. Adjust if you're submitting later — NetSuite uses this timestamp to apply the adjustment, so accuracy matters for any usage between count and submit.
Submit opens your phone's share menu with the count CSV ready to attach. Pick your mail app (Gmail / Outlook), confirm the recipient is operations, and tap Send. After it sends, tap "Clear all counts" on the List tab to start fresh.
